The apartment consists of a kitchen directly connected to the living room, two comfortable bedrooms, one with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, a second bathroom with tub/shower, a study/guest bedroom, and a convenient laundry room. In the two hallways there are some niches used as shoe racks and hangers, while the upper part can be used as a storage room at height. Sono state recuperate e portate allo splendore originale le pavimentazioni in legno a spina di pesce con decoro perimetrale a contrasto così come le piastrelle cementine dei disimpegni. Gli elementi radianti dell'impianto di riscaldamento sono stati sabbiati e trattati per recuperare la finitura dell'epoca, sono state restaurate le porte interne e sostituiti gli elementi di finitura e di ferramenta con fedeli riproduzioni dell'originale. L'appartamento si compone di una cucina abitabile direttamente collegata al soggiorno, due comode camere da letto di cui una con cabina armadio e bagno en-suite, un secondo bagno con vasca/doccia, uno studio / camera ospiti, e una comoda lavanderia. Nei due disimpegni sono presenti alcune nicchie adibite a scarpiere ed appenderia, mentre la parte superiore è utilizzabile come ripostiglio in quota.
