Luminoso appartamento con una grande terrazza rivolto a sud dalla quale potrete ammirare un meraviglioso panorama sulle Dolomiti e fare colazione respirando l’aria pura di queste montagne. Nella stessa struttura si trovano anche IT-38099-02 e l’appartamento del proprietario. Il posto è molto tranquillo in quanto si trova in fondo ad una via senza uscita. In giardino troverete, in comune con l’altro appartamento, un barbecue, mobili da giardino e sdraio sui quali rilassarsi e prendere il sole. A 2 km dall’appartamento si trova Cavalese, da dove partono gli impianti di risalita Alpe Cermis ( fermata dello ski bus a 100 mt dalla casa). Gli impianti consentono di raggiungere anche il fondovalle che in estate è attraversato dalla pista ciclabile delle Dolomiti e in inverno dalla pista da fondo della Marcialonga. A Cavalese troverete anche il palazzo del ghiaccio dove si pattina anche in estate e una piscina comunale con vasche idromassaggio interne ed esterne.
