25th December till 1st March (or maybe part of the timespan) Hi, we're on an extended vacation and are looking for 1-2 subletters for our apartment with 60m², 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom in a new building. Cable internet with 40 Mbit and a very good ping of ~10ms to the 1st Hop ist available. We're both working from home, so there are 2 office spaces in each the living room and the bedroom with table, office chair and monitor. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven and stove as well as fridge, freezer, coffemaker etc. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. The living room has a lot of natural light coming through the balcony doors and the big windows of an alcove. There's a beamer and sound system for movie nights. The flat is very quiet, we here absolutely nothing from our neighbors. The loft bed is 1,6m x 2,0m. The location is quiet, removed from the next street. Streetcars M13 (Warschauer Straße), M21 (Friedrichshain) und 16 (Frankfurter Allee) are less than 5 minutes away, streetcar M8 (main station) less than 10 minutes. You can reach the circle line and subway U5 in 3 stops by streetcar or bus at Frankfurter Allee. Lidl, Aldi and Rewe are less than 10 minutes away, Netto less than 15. Unfortunately registration for such a short period is not possible. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Let's schedule a video call or viewing. Teilzeitraum) Hi, wir machen ausgedehnten Urlaub und suchen Dich/Euch als Untermieter für unsere Wohnung mit 60 m², 2 Zimmer, Küche, Bad in einem Neubau. Kabel-Internet mit 40 Mbit Download und sehr gutem Ping ~10ms zum 1. Hop ist vorhanden. Wir machen beide Home-Office, entsprechend gibt es 2 Arbeitsplätze in jeweils Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer mit jeweils Tisch, Bürostuhl und Monitor. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Backofen und Herd sowie Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Kaffeeutensilien usw. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine. In das Wohnzimmer fällt über die Balkontüren und eine große Fensternische sehr viel natürliches Licht. Für Filmabende gibt es einen Beamer und ein Soundsystem. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut schallgedämmt, wir hören echt nichts von unseren Nachbarn. Das Hochbett hat 1,6m x 2,0m. Die Lage ist ruhig, weit weg von der nächsten Straße. Die Trams M13 (Warschauer Straße), M21 (Friedrichshain) und 16 (Frankfurter Allee) sind keine 5 Minuten entfernt, die Tram M8 (Hauptbahnhof) keine 10 Minuten. Du bist mit den Trams oder dem Bus in 3 Haltestellen am S-Bahn-Ring Frankfurter Allee mit der U-Bahn-Linie 5. Lidl, Aldi und Rewe sind in 10 Fußminuten zu erreichen, Netto in 15. Eine Anmeldung für die kurze Zeit ist leider nicht möglich. Bitte keine Haustiere oder Rauchen in der Wohnung. Bei Interesse gerne Videocall und/oder Besichtigung. Wenn Du/Ihr die Wohnung so verlasst wie vorgefunden, ist keine Reinigungsgebühr nötig.
