The apartment is located in the Bötzow district in Prenzlauer Berg - one of Berlin's most sought-after residential areas. The Volkspark Friedrichshain is just a stone's throw away and invites you to relax or go jogging. All rooms in the apartment face south-west and are therefore very friendly and bright. There is also a loggia balcony where you can relax and watch the sunset at the end of the day, as well as two French balconies. We currently live in the apartment ourselves. It is therefore not artificially furnished, but has been furnished by us over time with attention to detail. As we both work from home a lot, we have set up a separate home office. Der Volkspark Friedrichshain ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und lädt zur Erholung oder zum Joggen ein. Alle Zimmer der Wohnung sind nach Südwesten ausgerichtet und daher sehr freundlich und hell.
