The apartment is very easy to reach by tram (line 1 of the Cologne tram network) and by car. You can check in automatically at any time from 4:00 p.m. using our automatic Nuki locking system. The apartment is on the second floor and can be reached quickly via the spacious staircase. When you arrive in the apartment, you will find a large living and dining room with an adjoining balcony, which invites you to linger comfortably when the weather is good. The apartment is modern, high-quality and comfortably furnished, so that you will always feel welcome and at home. Everything you need for your stay is available: bed linen, towels, etc. and of course a modern kitchen. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Cooking is a joy here. Sie erwartet dich mit einer tollen Ausstattung und einem großen Balkon mit einem sehr schönen Blick ins Grüne. Sie ist perfekt für bis zu 8 Personen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut mit der Straßenbahn (Linie 1 des Kölner Straßenbahn-Netzes) und dem Auto erreichbar. Ihr könnt ab 16:00 Uhr mit unserem automatischen Nuki-Schließsystem automatisch jederzeit einchecken. Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock und ist durch das geräumige Treppenhaus schnell erreicht. In der Wohnung angekommen, erwartet euch ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer mit einem angrenzendem Balkon, der bei gutem Wetter zum gemütlichen Verweilen einlädt. Die Wohnung ist modern, hochwertig und gemütlich eingerichtet, so dass ihr euch jederzeit willkommen und wie zu Hause fühlen werdet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was ihr für euren Aufenthalt benötigt: Bettwäsche, Handtücher usw. und natürlich eine moderne Küche.
