☆Welcome to Apartments in Straubing-Ittling☆ Our maisonette apartment is 110 m2 in size and equipped to the highest standard to meet all your needs. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an open-plan living-dining area with Smart TV, comfortable king-size beds and high-speed WiFi. The bathroom is also very modern and offers a shower as well as basic amenities such as a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and soap. The apartment also has an additional guest WC. This makes our apartment suitable for longer stays. A washing machine including tumble dryer, clothes horse, iron and ironing board can also be used free of charge. Self-check-in is available throughout the day. On arrival, you can park in the free parking space directly in front of the garage. You can also park your bikes in the garage. Please note that only the parking space directly in front of the garage belongs to the apartment. The parking space is marked with a “Holiday apartment” sign. The garage door works electrically - you will find the remote control for this in the kitchen drawer next to the dishwasher. A system for measuring the noise level is located in the living/dining area. This monitors any excessive noise levels. Das Apartment verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit offenem Wohn-Essbereich mit Smart-TV, gemütlichen King-Size Betten und Highspeed WLAN. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls sehr modern und bietet neben einer Dusche auch Grundausstattungen wie einen Fön, Shampoo, Duschgel, Spülung und Seife. Zudem verfügt das Apartment über ein weiteres Gäste-WC. Damit eignet sich unser Apartment auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Eine Waschmaschine inklusive Wäschetrockner, Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett findest du auch zur kostenfreien Nutzung vor. Es gibt einen Self-Check-In den ganzen Tag über. Bei deiner Ankunft kannst du auf dem kostenlosen Stellplatz direkt vor der Garage parken. Zudem gibt es die Möglichkeit, deine Fahrräder in der Garage abzustellen. Bitte achte darauf, dass nur der Stellplatz direkt vor der Garage zum Apartment gehört. Der Stellplatz ist mit dem Schild "Ferienwohnung" gekennzeichnet. Das Garagentor funktioniert elektrisch - den Handsender hierfür findest du in der Küchenschublade neben dem Geschirrspüler. Ein System zur Messung des Lärmpegels befindet sich im Wohn- Essbereich.
