The bedrooms can be darkened with pleated blinds. The cosy living area is approx. 30 m² in size and has a sofa bed for two people, as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchenette. The spacious living area has its own terrace and is just a few steps away from the white sandy beach through the romantic dune forest. Experience a relaxing holiday in a modern flat. Here you will find everything you need to feel at home and enjoy your holiday. Several TVs, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, large fridge with freezer compartments .... and free Wi-Fi. There is 1 free parking space available after completion. At the moment parking with several vehicles is still possible free of charge. Important note! The beach flat is located in the former Kdf-Bad in Prora in Haus Granitz in Block 3. Block 3 is currently a major construction site. Construction work is still being carried out in the immediate vicinity. During regular working hours from 7 a.m., including Saturdays, there may be an increased workload due to the construction work. Construction work should not be carried out on Sundays and public holidays. An appropriate construction site discount has already been taken into account in the prices shown. Die Schlafzimmer lassen sich mit Verdunklungsplissees verdunkeln. Der gemütliche Wohnbereich ist ca. 30qm groß und hat ein Schlafsofa für zwei Personen, sowie eine modern ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Der geräumige Wohnbereich hat eine wohnungseigene Terrasse und liegt nur wenige Schritte durch den romantischen Dünenwald vom weißen Sandstrand entfernt. Es werden in unmittelbarer Umgebung noch Bauarbeiten durchgeführt. In der regulären Arbeitszeit ab 7 Uhr, auch samstags, kann es aufgrund der Bauarbeiten zu einer erhöhten Belastung kommen.
