Atualmente em Maio de 2022 esta em revisão o projeto por condicionante Publica tem de ser feito novo projeto, apesar de ter tido projecto aprovado e licença de construção ja caducada, para lar com 43 camas(POSSIBILIDADE DE FICAR COM 76 CAMAS APROVADAS). Tem parecer favoravel para construcção de mais um piso(Total de 3400m² de construcção) ficando com capacidade para cerca de mais 30 utentes ou seja um TOTAL DE 76 UTENTES.
