El salón-comedor es muy coqueto y acogedor y ofrece sofá, Smart TV, y aire acondicionado. La casa dispone de otro salón equipado con un sofá, una butaca y una TV (sin TV-Sat). La cocina, de vitro cerámica y separada del salón-comedor por un cristal, está totalmente equipada. The property is fenced and there are close neighbours The 2-story home features a modern style punctuated with wonderful traditional details here and there. The living-dining room is very cozy and offers a sofa, Smart TV, and air conditioning. The house has another living room equipped with a sofa, an armchair and a TV (without TV-Sat). The kitchen, with ceramic hob and separated from the living room by a large window, is fully equipped. In the inner courtyard area you will find the laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. To rest, the house has 5 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other 4 with twin beds, all of them equipped with an en-suite bathroom with shower, except one that has a bathtub, and air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms are on the main floor, and the rest are on the first floor. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. Finally, a cot and high chair are available in case you are travelling with your baby. The center of Llubí is 150 meters away, and is one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca, also offering the basic services for an independent stay. Just 20 minutes away by car you can reach Can Picafort, Puerto Alcúdia, Puerto Pollença, Cala San Vicente and Formentor, with their soft white sand beaches and crystal clear and shallow waters, ideal for children. You can also head to the mountains and lose yourselves in the amazing routes for hiking or cycling in the Sierra de Tramuntana. The stone building next to the house is closed. There is space to store 10 bicycles. (The bikes in the pictures are not available). Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There are parking space for 2 cars in the garage.
