We welcome people from outside the area who are looking for short-term accommodation for a work assignment or study. The two rooms cost 550 per person. If all three rooms are rented, the total comes to 1550. At least 2 rooms need to be rented. (In case you only rent 2 rooms, you don't the whole flat but only these two romms of course) Included are gas/heating costs, caretaker costs, and additional costs (NK). If interested in renting the apartment for 1 or 2 months: Electricity + waste disposal + internet costs are included.
