Sie erstreckt sich auf zwei Ebenen im Erdgeschoss und im Souterrain. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Wir bieten Ihnen insgesamt 85 m², die sich auf ein kombiniertes Wohn-/Esszimmer, zwei Schlafzimmern, einer Küche sowie einem Badezimmer verteilen. Die Süd-Terrasse ist vom Wohnzimmer aus zu erreichen. Gartenmöbel stehen hier für sonnige Stunden bereit. Die Nichtraucher-Wohnung ist für Allergiker geeignet. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Die Wohnung wurde im Herbst 2011 umfangreich komplett renoviert und ausgestattet. Seitdem wird sie laufend überholt. Uns liegt es sehr am Herzen, eine vollständig einwandfreie und gemütliche Wohnung für unsere Gäste bereit zu stellen. Ein PKW-Stellplatz steht Ihnen kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Sämtliche Fenster sind mit Außen-Rollläden ausgestattet.
