The renovated flat is on the 3rd floor of an ancient building with 14 living quarters (without lift). The flat has cosy furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. There is a small cloakroom directly in the entrance area. From there you enter the small bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin and mirror cabinet. Through the cloakroom you will enter the bright living area, which also includes a working space with a desk. A Samsung Smart-TV device is already installed with which you are able to stream 218 TV programs (199 in HD quality) via zattoo.com (fee for the package "SmartHD" is included in the monthly rent) The pull-out bed can be easily converted from a single bed into a twin bed. This feature offers you a lying surface from approx. 80x200cm up top 160x200cm. During the day, you can stow away the blankets and pillows again. There is also a spacious wardrobe and several storage compartments on top of it. In the evening, you can wind down watching TV, start reading with one of the books from the bookshelf or meet downstairs some housemates at Caffe e Cucina DaToni for a chat. In the room next door you have a separate kitchen with sitting accommodation. This kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker and gas oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. An ironing board and an iron are included, too. All necessary cooking utensils are available. In addition to the coffee machine, you will also find a basic coffee equipment, thus you only need to stock up on the essentials at the nearby supermarket. There is also a cosy extendable dining table with two additional chairs in the kitchen. The flat is located in parallel to Nymphenburger street and is in a quiet location. Within a few minutes you can reach the underground station "Maillinger Straße" where you can take the U1 or U7 being only 2 stops away from the main railway station. There are also several restaurants (Thai restaurant, Hans im Glück, Löwenbräukeller), bakeries, supermarkets, doctors and a pharmacy within walking distance. There is a small trattoria on the ground floor of the building. There you can enjoy a delicious breakfast from 9:00 in the morning or pizza and pasta until 20:00 in the evening if you don't want (or maybe don't know how ;-)) to cook for yourself. Das gemütliche ausziehbare Doppelbett lässt sich mit einfachen Griffen von einem Einzelbett (80x200cm) in ein Doppelbett (160x200cm) verwandeln. Tagsüber können Sie die Decken und Kissen wieder praktisch Verstauen. Ebenso steht Ihnen ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank sowie mehrere Aufbewahrungsfächer zur Verfügung. Den Abend können Sie mit TV (TV Streaming über zattoo.com / 218 Programme, davon 199 in HD-Qualität) oder auch mit einem der bereitliegenden Bücher ausklingen lassen. Im benachbarten Zimmer haben Sie eine separate Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit. Diese ist mit Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühl- und Gefrierkombi, Spülmaschine sowie einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Ebenso finden Sie einen Wäscheständer und ein Bügelbrett samt Bügeleisen. Die Küche ist mit allen nötigen Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Neben der Kaffeemaschine steht auch die Erstausstattung an Kaffee bereit, sodass Sie sich nur noch im nahegelegenen Supermarkt mit dem Nötigsten versorgen müssen.
