Description of the apartment: The apartment is in a residential building with 8 parties. There is a very familiar atmosphere throughout the house. However, you rarely hear anything from the neighbors when it comes to noise. The apartment is divided into 3 rooms and perfectly designed for a couple, but also great for a single household. In the apartment there are 2 workplaces with height-adjustable tables and a very good internet connection (100k line), so home office works optimally. Description of the location: The location of the apartment is perfect. The Main (river) is only a 5-minute walk away. Perfect for jogging or walking at any time of the day. Supermarkets (Tegut, Aldi, Rewe) are also within walking distance, as are other shops (bakery, shopping, etc.). The trendy Brückenviertel and Schweizer Strasse are just around the corner and good connections to public transport are also provided (Südbahnhof, Schweizer Platz, Lokalbahnhof). Es herrscht eine sehr familiäre Stimmung im ganzen Haus. Von den Nachbarn bekommt man jedoch nur selten etwas mit, was Geräusche angeht. Die Wohnung ist auf 3 Zimmer aufgeteilt und perfekt auf ein Paar ausgelegt, aber auch super für einen Singlehaushalt. In der Wohnung gibt es 2 Arbeitsplätze mit Höhenverstellbaren Tischen und einer sehr guten Internetverbindung (100k Leitung), also Homeoffice funktioniert optimal. Beschreibung der Lage: Die Lage der Wohnung ist nahezu perfekt. Der Main ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Perfekt zum Joggen oder Spaziergänge zu jeder Tageszeit. Supermärkte (Tegut, Aldi, Rewe) sind ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen, genau wie andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Klamotten etc.). Das angesagte Brückenviertel und die Schweizer Straße sind gleich um die Ecke und für eine gute Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist auch gesorgt (Südbahnhof, Schweizer Platz, Lokalbahnhof).
