The bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a shower, WC and urinal. A hairdryer is available in each bathroom. Bedrooms: On the upper floor there is a group bedroom with space for 4 people and two bedrooms (single beds) for 2 people. On the first floor there is another bedroom (single beds) for 2 persons. As an alternative alternative sleeping accommodation can be used the couch (2x) in the living room. The equipment is completed by ecological bed linen in comfort size (155 x 220 cm). Living room with home theater equipment - The 40 sqm living room on the upper floor has direct access to the large terrace behind the house. This room can also be used well for seminars or workshops.

Zwei Badezimmer – Im Badezimmer EG mit Fußbodenheizung, befindet sich eine 150 cm x 90 cm ebenerdige Dusche, ein Waschtisch, WC, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Bad im OG ist mit Dusche, WC und Urinal ausgestattet. Ein Föhn ist in jedem Bad vorhanden. Schlafräume: Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein Gruppen Schlafraum mit Platz für 4 Personen und zwei Schlafzimmer (Einzelbetten) für 2 Personen. Im Erdgeschoss ein weiteres Schlafzimmer (Einzelbetten) für 2 Personen. Als alternative Ausweichschlafgelegenheit kann die Couch (2x) im Wohnzimmer genutzt werden.
