A wide range of shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs are within walking distance. Underground and S-Bahn stations and bus stops are also very close by. The university, universities of applied sciences, the exhibition grounds, the Westfalenhallen, the stadium and the cultural facilities in the city center (theater, opera, ballet, library, museums, cinemas, clubs) can be reached easily and quickly on foot or by public transport. A laundry and a modern launderette (6kg, 30 min., 4€) with dry cleaning (shirt service, hot ironing) are also in the immediate vicinity (2 min. walk). The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, dishes, glasses etc. DVBT 2-TV and Internet are available. The rental price includes bed linen (and change of linen - with cleaning once a month) and towels (and change of towels - with cleaning twice a month). The rent also includes all operation costs and internet. A flat rate of €50 for electricity and 50€ for gas is included.
