The apartment is fully furnished - we provide bedding, towels and necessary utensils for the bathroom. On request we also offer the exchange of towels and bed linen. Use of the terrace is possible by prior arrangement. The garden is shared by the owners - some children playing in the garden!

Hallo! Wir bieten eine möblierte Wohnung in Overath -5 Laufminuten zum Bahnhof - in 30 Minuten in Köln Deutz. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet - wir bieten Bettzeug, Handtücher und notwendige Utensilien für das Bad. Vorhanden ist auch ein Waschtrockner Auf Wunsch bieten wir auch den Austausch von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche und andere gewünschte Services an. (Extra Kosten) Bei Fragen oder Wünschen einfach melden. Terassenbenutzung nach Absprache. Der Garten wird von den Eigentümern benutzt - teilweise spielende Kinder im Garten
