In der angrenzenden Küchenzeile gibt Sie einen Wasserkocher, eine Kaffeemaschine sowie einen Toaster. Im Eingangsbereich des Apartments finden Sie das Badezimmer, mit Dusche und Föhn. Falls Sie Waschen oder Bügeln möchten, sei auch dafür gesorgt. Das Apartmentgebäude befindet sich in der Dortmunder Innenstadt. Von hier sind es nur wenige Minuten bis Sie den öffentlichen Verkehr erreichen, Bars, Restaurants und sämtliche Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs. * Stromverbrauch ist mit 60 kWh pro Monat sowie Kaltwasserverbrauch mit 2,6 m3, Warmwasser mit 1 m3 pro Monat und Heizung 60 Einheiten in den Mietpreis inkludiert.
