On foot you can reach a few restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, bakeries and doctors. Various green spaces and parks, fashion stores, gyms, bookstores and two bars can also be found on site. For car owners, there is a parking space right in front of the front door and, if necessary, there is the option of booking a fixed, lockable space in the underground car park (surcharge € 70 per month).
