The living rooms and the corridor are laid out with reconditioned wooden floorboards. Kitchen and bathroom are covered with attractive tiles. Equipment The apartment is completely furnished and very well equipped. It is also very well maintained. The rent includes the following: electricity, hot water, heating, IP-TV, a washing machine, internet (DSL 50.000) and telephone connection incl. landline flatrate for national calls. Location The apartment is centrally located in the Südstadt in the Stolzestraße - probably one of the most beautiful streets in Hannover. To the Maschsee or to the Aegi it is only a 10 minutes walk, the city centre is within 15-20 minutes walking distance. The tram stop Marienstraße is only 5 minutes away. A bus, which goes directly to the main station, is located right on Stolzestraße. You have everything else you need: There are shopping facilities (Netto, Hohl-Ab, or Rewe) and fitness center (Easy Fitness and Sport & Spa) right in front of the door.
