This is a very well preserved old stone house in the village of Kritsa, Agios Nikolaos, Lasithi, Crete.
The House stands on two floors and is within a short walk to the center of the village and the shops, restaurants and cafes Kritsa has to offer.The top floor comprises two rooms the one has concrete floor whilst the other has a wooden floor both with windows with very nice views over the village on to the valley.The room with the wooden floor provides access to the ground floor where there are two more large rooms which would need slightly more work .It would be possible to make a comfortable two bedroom house in this property.
