Electricity consumption can be reduced through the wood stove and the installed heat pump. The heat pump can also act as air conditioning in summer. Outside there is swing and sandpit for the kids. The house is only about 600 m from the nearest beach, on a natural plot with dunes and a natural grassy area. It is located just north of the resort of Lønstrup.

Zudem Hems unter dem Dach, ein Bad mit Whirlpool und Sauna und Gäste-WC im Haus. Im Eingangsbereich ist ein Billardtisch zum Zeitvertreib aufgestellt. Der Stromverbrauch lässt sich durch den Holzofen und die installierte Wärmepumpe reduzieren. Die Wärmepumpe kann im Sommer zudem als Klimaanlage fungieren. Draußen gibt es Schaukel und Sandkasten für die Kinder. Das Haus steht nur ca. 600 m vom nächsten Strandufer, auf einem Naturgrundstück mit Dünen und einer naturbelassenen Grasfläche. Sie wohnen hier etwas nördlich des Ferienortes Lønstrup.
