The quietly situated, original Black Forest house was built in 1929 and has been in operation for decades. It is only a two-minute walk from the lake and the town centre. The house has been largely renovated and refurbished in 2018/2019 (new electrics, new bathrooms, new floors, new doors, new beds etc), but as far as possible, visually in its original condition and the furnishings have been preserved or restored in the style of the 70-80 years. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room-kitchen with a small ball (south) to the garden. The bathroom of the apartment is in the hall opposite. Our guesthouse is located right next to the "Kurhaus" with tourist information, the spa gardens with direct access to the lake are nearby. The shops are open every day except for a few weeks a year. If you are looking for complete peace and quiet, you can be in the forest in 5 minutes. The train station "Titisee" with connection to many main traffic routes is located about 5-10 minutes by foot from our house. Das Haus wurde 2018/2019 saniert (neue Elektrik, neue Bäder, neue Böden, neue Türen, neue Betten etc), aber soweit möglich, optisch im ursprünglichen Zustand und die Einrichtung in Stil der 70-80 Jahre erhalten bzw. restauriert. Das Apartment hat 2 Schlafzimmer und eine Wohn-Küche mit kleinem Ball (Süd) zum Garten. Das Bad des Apartments liegt im Flur gegenüber Unser Gästehaus im authentischen Schwarzwaldhaus-Stil liegt ruhig und zentral, unmittelbar in der Nähe befindet sich der Kurpark mit direktem Seezugang. Die Geschäfte haben bis auf wenigen Wochen im Jahr jeden Tag geöffnet. Wenn man die vollkommene Ruhe sucht, ist man in 5 Minuten im Wald. Der Bahnhof "Titisee" mit Anschluss zu vielen Hauptverkehrsstrecken befindet sich ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß von unserem Haus.
