 Das Haus ist ein Backsteingebäude im Hinterhof eines denkmalgeschützten Gebäudes. Im Hinterhof kann eine zum Hinterhaus gehörenden terrassenartigen Freifläche zum Entspannen genutzt werden. In direkter Umgebung befindet sich die S-Bahnhaltestelle Johannisfriedhof (ca. 150 m) und die U-Bahn Haltestelle „Klinikum Nord" mit der Linie U3 (ca. 8 min Entfernung). Von dort aus kann man alle Orte in Nürnberg schnell erreichen, beispielsweise dauert die Fahrt zum Hauptbahnhof 8 Minuten.
In direkter Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Pubs, sowie auch verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Nordstadt ist ein Stadtviertel mit viel Atmosphäre und Flair.  Wichtige Information : Sollte das Apartment von 2 Personen gemietet werden, erhöht sich die Miete um 150 Euro/Person. Für Heizung werden zusätzlich 50 € pro Monat von Oktober bis April fällig.
