hey :) we are elina and erik, a young couple from berlin. we moved to hoppegarten a year ago because we wanted a bit more peace and quiet in our lives. as i am currently training to become a carpenter (elina), the next six months will be a real challenge. we have therefore decided to move into a friend's apartment in steglitz for six months so that i can take my training and the exam phase a little more relaxed. that's why everything will stay in the apartment, so it will be rented furnished for 6 months. we might take some furniture with us if we are missing something in the other apartment. all cupboards will of course be emptied so that there is enough space and you can settle in :) the period is from ... there is a living room/kitchen and a bedroom, the apartment is bright and cozy. there is a nice courtyard where children sometimes play, all neighbors can use it. the apartment is located 2 stations outside of berlin, so already in brandenburg. depending on where you want to go in berlin, you still hit the jackpot here. you can walk to the sbahn in about 8 minutes and it runs every 10 minutes, on weekends every 20 (S5) and runs across berlin. you can get to friedrichshain, for example, in about 25 minutes. nevertheless, you have such pleasant peace and quiet out here, with a balcony to the south side. a clear sky, crickets chirping in summer and a forest in front of the door for walks. there is a private parking lot. we love it here because we have city and peace combined :) since we leave everything that is important to us that you handle everything conscientiously and that we can trust you. that's why we also take a deposit which you will of course get back afterwards. the apartment would be best without registration, but you don't have to re-register if you live somewhere for 6 months, as far as i know, we don't do that either. so as long as you can stay registered somewhere else :) in emergency we can make it work with a registration as well! if you are interested please contact us :) best regards elina and erik

hallo :) wir sind elina und erik, ein junges paar aus berlin. vor einem jahr sind wir nach hoppegarten gezogen, weil wir etwas mehr ruhe in unserem leben haben wollten. da ich gerade eine ausbildung zur tischlerin mache (elina) wird das letzte halbe jahr nun eine echte herausforderung werden. wir haben uns daher entschieden für ein halbes jahr in die wohnung eines freundes in steglitz zu ziehen, damit ich meine ausbildung und die prüfungsphase etwas entspannter bestreiten kann. deshalb bleibt auch alles in der wohnung drin, sie wird also für 6 monate möbliert vermietet. teilweise werden vielleicht ein paar möbel mitgenommen, falls uns etwas in der anderen wohnung fehlt und alle schränke werden selbstverständlich leer geräumt, damit es genug platz gibt und man sich einrichten kann :) der zeitraum ist vom ... es gibt eine wohnküche und ein schlafzimmer, die wohnung ist hell und gemütlich. es gibt einen rieeeesen innenhof auf dem manchmal kinder spielen, den können alle nachbarn benutzen. die wohnung liegt 2 stationen außerhalb von berlin, also schon in brandenburg. je nachdem wo man in berlin hin will, hat man hier trotzdem den jackpot gezogen. zur sbahn läuft man ca 8 min und sie fährt alle 10 min, am wochenende alle 20 (S5) und fährt einmal quer durch berlin. nach friedrichshain kommt man zb in ca 25 minuten. trotzdem hat man eine so angenehme ruhe hier draußen, mit balkon zur südseite. einen klaren sternenhimmel, grillen zirpen im sommer und einem wald zum spazieren vor der tür. es gibt einen eigenen parkplatz. wir lieben es sehr hier, weil wir stadt und ruhe vereint haben :) da wir alles was uns wichtig ist hier lassen, ist uns wichtig, dass du gewissenhaft mit allen dingen umgehst und wir dir vertrauen können. deswegen nehmen wir auch eine kaution, die bekommst du danach natürlich zurück. die wohnung wäre im besten fall ohne anmeldung, man muss sich, wenn man 6 monate irgendwo wohnt aber auch nicht ummelden soweit ich weiß, machen wir auch nicht. also nur solange du noch irgendwo anders gemeldet bleiben kannst :) im notfall finden wir einen weg und können dich anmelden! falls du interesse hast melde dich gern bei uns :) liebe grüße elina und erik
