Hello, dear apartment seekers! We have a room available from February 1st. Your lovely room is part of a 120 sqm shared apartment. There are a total of 4 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen-living room and hallway. The room has two large windows, laminate flooring and a large window. The room is very bright thanks to the large window. The apartment was newly renovated this year. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and everything else you need for life. The washing machine and dryer are available and can of course be shared. Your room is equipped with an Ikea Hemnes bed (pull-out, area 160x200cm), a wardrobe and a desk with a swivel chair. We do not have a cleaning schedule. However, we do have a cleaning lady who regularly cleans the apartment. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning supplies are included in the rent. The rent including heating includes all costs for cleaning and cleaning supplies, washing and dishwashing liquid, internet and electricity. There are no additional costs for you. Shared apartment life Your roommates would be: Yann - works as a software developer at Apple. Leonardo - works as an IT specialist at BMW. Leon - studies at TUM. We imagine shared apartment life to be like this: we can meet in the kitchen to eat/cook, or sit together in the evening, but everyone is also taken into consideration. That means that when the door is closed, you have peace and quiet. We can also do other things together, like sports, bike rides, jogging, beer gardens, parties, etc. - but it's not compulsory. Voir plus Voir moins Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende! Bei uns wird ab dem 1.2. ein Zimmer frei. Dein schönes Zimmer ist Teil einer 120 qm großen WG. Es gibt insgesamt 4 Schlafzimmer, Bad, WC, Wohnküche und Flur. Das Zimmer hat ein zwei große Fenster, einen Laminatboden m. Durch das große Fenster ist das Zimmer sehr hell. Die Wohnung wurde dieses Jahr neu renoviert. Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, und was man sonst zum Leben braucht ausgestattet. Die Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden und können natürlich mitbenutzt werden. Dein Zimmer ist mit einem Ikea Hemnes Bett (ausziehbar, Fläche 160x200cm), einem Kleiderschrank und einem Schreibtisch mit einem Drehstuhl ausgestattet. Wir haben keinen Putzplan. Wir haben aber eine Putzfrau wer regelmäßig die Wohnung putzt. Die Kosten für die Putzfrau und Putzmittel sind in der Miete inbegriffen. In der Warmmiete sind alle Kosten der Reinigungs- und Putzmittel, Wasch- und Spülmittel, Internet, Strom enthalten. Es fallen somit keine zusätzliche Kosten für dich an. WG-Leben Deine Mitbewohner wären: Deine Mitbewohner wären: Yann - arbeitet als Software Developer bei Apple. Leonardo - ist als IT-Spezialist bei BMW tätig. Leon - studiert an der TUM. Das WG-Leben stellen wir uns so vor, dass wir gerne zum Essen/Kochen in der Küche treffen können, oder am Abend mal gemütlich zusammensitzen, aber auch auf jeden Rücksicht genommen wird. Das heißt, wenn die Tür zu ist, hat man auch seine Ruhe. Gerne können wir auch sonst was zusammen unternehmen, wie Sport, Radtouren, Joggen, Biergarten, Feiern usw. - ist aber keine Pflicht.
