Notes: The licensing of new constructions, reconstructions or expansions and the legalization of constructions of illegal origin requires the presentation by the promoters of a study carried out by an engineering geologist or geotechnical civil engineer justifying their safety (Article 184(3)(b) of the PDM); In the construction works of buildings, works of art and underground infrastructures are subject to the application of anti-seismic structural strength measures.
