A newly renovated holiday home (2018) with sea views and walking distance to the sea. The cottage is located in a small cottage area. The plot is generous and child friendly. Enjoy wonderful summer days and evenings overlooking the salt-sprinkled sea. After a short walk along the sea you come to a larger public bathing area with a small summer shop. Proximity to both Falkenberg and Varberg. The cottage is located at the end of the small road down to the sea. From the entrance you have a bathroom with both shower and washing machine and dryer. To the right is a larger bedroom with a double bed. The heart of the house is the spacious living room with an open kitchen and dining area. Here is the living room with fireplace, comfortable seating and a modern TV. Throughout the house there is mobile broadband and free wifi. There are two smaller bedrooms with bunk beds (in one bedroom the lower bed is 120cm). From the living room you come out to a glazed conservatory. Here you enjoy a little cooler evenings and have a wonderful view of the sea. With entrance from the outside on the gable of the house there is an extra toilet with shower. The plot is spacious and child friendly. There is outdoor furniture and a barbecue as well as a trampoline and a sandbox for the children. It is possible to swim in the shallow bay below the cottage. There are also several places that are bird sanctuaries. Nearby is Björkängs Camping, where there is a large sandy beach. It is close to a small summer shop, kiosk, dining and mini golf. Beach volleyball nets are available on the beach and there is also a demarcated area especially for kitesurfing. Within easy reach you have Träslövsläge with its idyllic harbor, restaurant, pizzeria, fast food, mini golf and the very well-attended ice cream bar Tre Toppar where people are happy to stand in line to buy the good ice cream. There is also a nice beach. Varberg is a real summer town with a throng of people, taverns, cafes and dance venues, everything that belongs to a summer town. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and can be seen in the distance. Take a walk down into the bastions and casemates, follow from the 13th century to our own time. If you go south, you will soon reach the nice summer town of Falkenberg with its fine selection of cafes, shops and restaurants. Here is also the fantastic long sandy beach at Skrea. Another nice excursion destination is Åkulla beech forests and for those of you who are technically interested, it is not far to the world heritage Grimeton. For those interested in golf, there are several nice golf courses nearby, the closest being Varbergs Gk. The cottage is not rented to youth groups. Towels are included when booking bed linen. Es stehen auch zwei kleinere Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbetten bereit. In einem dieser Zimmer ist die untere Koje mit 120 cm besonders breit. Vom Wohnbereich aus erreichen Sie die verglaste Veranda des Hauses, ideal für kühlere Abende. Hier sitzen Sie schön geschützt, mit Ausblick bis zur Küste. Am Eingang an der Giebelseite befindet sich zudem ein extra WC mit Dusche. Das Grundstück ist kinderfreundlich. Es gibt Gartenmöbel und einen Grill sowie einen Sandkasten und ein Trampolin für die Kinder (Nutzung nur auf eigenes Risiko). An der flachen Bucht gleich unterhalb kann gebadet werden. In der Nähe findet man einige Vogelschutzgebiete sowie Björkängs Camping mit großem Sandstrand. Ebenfalls in der Nähe findet man einen kleinen Sommerladen, Kiosk, Restaurant und eine Minigolfanlage. Am Strand stehen Beachvolleyballnetze zur Verfügung und es gibt auch einen abgegrenzten Bereich speziell zum Kitesurfen. In unmittelbarer Nähe liegt Träslövsläge mit seinem idyllischen Hafen, Restaurant, Pizzeria, Fastfood, Minigolf und der sehr gut besuchten Eisdiele Tre Toppar, wo man gerne Schlange steht, um das leckere Eis zu probieren.
