Welcome to a cozy and well-maintained house with a balcony overlooking the Väddö canal in Stockholm's northern archipelago. The house has three bedrooms, an open floor plan with kitchen and living room in one. If you want to swim, you take the path down to the large jetty and jump in. There's a small rowing boat, cozy with a little rowing trip and maybe pull up a couple of perch for dinner. The plot is huge, you share it with the house 48536 next door, if you are two families you can rent both houses and have a good time together but still live in each house. The fireplace in the dining area is not allowed to use. You have your own beach and jetty to swim at, but there are plenty of bathing spots on the mainland or on Väddö, just cross the bridge and swim in the salty waves of the Åland Sea. There is a lot to do and see on Väddö, have an ice cream in a cozy cafe, buy flatbread in Tomta, or wander around the summer town of Grisslehamn. Im Ferienhaus gibt es drei Schlafzimmer sowie einen offenen Küchen-/Wohnbereich für das Familienleben. Über einen Holzsteg gelangt man hinunter ans Wasser, wo Sie eine Badeleiter und einen Steg zum Baden finden. Für einen Ausflug auf dem Wasser kann ein kleines Ruderboot genutzt werden (nur auf eigenes Risiko). Das sehr weitläufige Ufergrundstück teilen Sie sich mit dem Nachbarhaus 48536. Wenn Sie zwei Familien sind, können Sie beide Häuser zusammen anmieten und den Urlaub so gemeinsam genießen, aber dennoch separat untergebracht sein. Der Kaminofen im Esszimmerbereich darf nicht angewendet werden. Sie haben hier eine eigene Strandlinie und einen Steg zur Verfügung, zudem findet man in der Umgebung weitere schöne Badestellen, sowohl auf Väddö selbst als auch auf dem Festland.
