Welcome to a cozy house with a glimpse of the lake in Skärlinge, which is located in Stockholm's southern archipelago. The house has plenty of sleeping places in two houses that are connected by a balcony. In the large house there is a bed 140 cm in a separate room, there is also a simple loft bed. In the TV room there is a sofa bed and in the living room there is also a sofa bed. In the large house there is the nice kitchen and WC, the newly built and fully tiled shower is in a separate room with entrance from the outside. The guest cabin has two bedrooms; in one there is a double bed and a single loft bed, in the other there is a single bed that is 105 cm wide. The houses are close to each other with a cozy terrace that connects them. On the terrace there is a dining table and a lounge corner that is made for an afternoon drink or coffee. Outside the patio there is a spacious barbecue area with a charcoal grill. It is only a few hundred meters down to the beach, which is owned by the association. There is a sandy beach and jetty here. In the area there are plenty of bathing spots with rocks if you prefer. The summer town of Nynäshamn is less than 3 kilometers from the house and is well worth a visit.

Willkommen in einem gemütlichen Ferienhaus mit kleinem Seeblick, gelegen bei Skärlinge, in den südlichen Schären vor Stockholm. Die insgesamt 9 Schlafplätze verteilen sich auf das Schlafzimmer und den Wohnbereich im Haupthaus sowie auf den separaten Annex nebenan. Die beiden Gebäude sind über eine Holzterrasse miteinander verbunden. Im Haupthaus gibt es ein 140 cm breites Doppelbett sowie ein Einzelbett im Schlafzimmer. Zudem Schlafcouch für in Person in jeweils Fernsehzimmer und Wohnzimmer. In dem Haupthaus befinden sich außerdem eine schöne Küche und das WC. Die neu erbaute und komplett geflieste Dusche befindet sich in einem separaten Raum mit Zugang von außen. Der Annex nebenan hat zwei Schlafzimmer; eines mit Doppelbett und Einzelkoje darüber (siehe Foto), das andere mit einem 105 cm breiten Einzelbett. Die beiden Gebäude stehen nah beieinander, verbunden über eine gemütliche Holzterrasse mit Sitzplatz für Mahlzeiten im Freien und sonnige Tage. Vor der Terrasse zudem Grillplatz mit Kiesbelag. Zum nächsten Strandufer mit Strandlinie und Steg sind es nur wenige hundert Meter. In der Umgebung findet man weitere Badestellen mit Felsen.
