The architecture of the house allows a natural air conditioning and its location means that the fresh air of the Puig de Son Talent invades the whole house. To complement it, the house has 4 fans so that you can distribute them in the spaces where you need them. It has a charming kitchen. It is very well equipped, spacious and well cared for, making sure that you have everything you need to enjoy cooking. Among the equipment, you will find: mixer, microwave, fridge with freezer, gas cooker, electric oven, electric coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, Italian coffee maker, juicer, water kettle.
