The planning permission goes up to 12.867 sq. m. whereas the existing building covers an area of 2.056 sq. m., according to the complete Measured Survey that includes a historical documentation, a technical report, photographic documentation and survey drawings. Voir plus Voir moins Pelion Sanatorium was the first to be opened in Greece, in 1909. it is located at a distance of two kilometres from Pelion Ski Centre at Chania. it is surrounded by beech forest. Structured terraces, interrupted by mountaineering paths, shape the land. A water source flows out within the limits of the property whereas, at an altitude of 1200 metres, the place provides an unobstructed view over Pagasitikos bay.
