The upper area consists of a converted attic of approx. 25 sqm with all kinds of design possibilities (e.g. for use as a hobby room or for working). The top floor can be reached via a staircase through the flat's own hallway. Equipment: The lower area of the flat was completely renovated 2 years ago (among others new electrics, new sanitary facilities, new fitted kitchen, new laminate floor) and is fully furnished and equipped.
