It is very bright and offers plenty of daylight through the many skylights. The view from the balcony over Cologne is breathtaking up here. The loft has a comfortable bed (150 x 200cm). The walk-in wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for your clothes. There is a living area with sofa and TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, kettle and coffee machine (incl. coffee capsules). Next to the kitchen there is a dining table that can seat 4 people. The daylight bathroom with a rain shower and a view over Cologne round off the flat. The entire furnishing is of very high quality. The charm of this loft with oak parquet flooring and original wooden beams invites you to feel at home. Location The location of the flat is extremely central. It takes about 2 minutes to walk to the Deutzer Freiheit and 10-15 minutes to the Old Town of Cologne. If you prefer to take the train, you can get on almost directly in front of the door and reach Heumarkt after only one stop. Deutz station is also only a few minutes' walk away. The Deutz trade fair centre is about a 5-10 minute walk away. You live in the middle of Deutz. This gives you a fantastic panoramic view of Cologne's old town, the cathedral and the crane houses. Especially the Deutzer Freiheit with its small shops invites you to stroll and wander. You will be able to find everything you need in the shops on the doorstep.
