Super central, large 1 room apartment 48 sqm with a modern kitchen in the middle of the city center within the promenade. The city center, old town, public transport, shopping and dining options are all right around the corner. The apartment is clean and well equipped with everything (e.g. large TV iliving room / bed room, 140 x 200 cm double bed in the bed room, the room has also a sofa). The apartment has a big kitchen and a big room to live and to sleep in. The kitchen is modern with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. In the kitchen you can also sit and dine at the kitchen table. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils. Fast internet and WLAN are of course included. The bed room is furnished with a double bed (140x200 cm) and fresh linen (2x pillows, 2x duvets) related. The room has also a sofa. Additional furniture can be provided by the host, like a gbigger bed or what else is desired. The clean, fully tiled and just newly renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower. Towels and bed linen are provided by the host and are included in the booking price. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for each guest. The city center, the old town, public transport, shopping and dining options are all in close proximity. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the main train station. Die Wohnung besitzt eine große Küche und einen großen Wohn-Schlafraum zum Wohnen und Leben. Die Küche ist modern mit Ceran-Kochfeld, Backofen, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine eingerichtet. In der Küche kann man gemütlich am Küchentisch sitzen und essen. Desweiteren ist die Küche mit allen nötigen Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Schnelles Internet und WLAN sind selbstverständlich enthalten. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (140x200 cm) ausgestattet und frischer Bettwäsche (2x Kopfkissen, 2x Bettdecke) bezogen.
