There you can watch the stars or listen to the birds through the skylight at night. Standing at the top of the balustrade, you can see the lower area through the old wooden beams. The spacious bathroom is the perfect addition with natural stone and a large rain shower. Thanks to the natural materials clay and wood, the house has a wonderful indoor climate, you simply feel good here! Unten bilden der Küchen-, Wohn- und Essbereich, mit Zugang zum Garten, einen harmonischen Raum. Über eine Raumspartreppe (!) gelangt man zum ebenfalls offenen und gemütlichen Schlafbereich. Dort kann man durch das Dachfenster nachts die Sterne beobachten oder den Vögeln lauschen. Oben an der Balustrade stehend kann man durch die alten Holzbalken den unteren Bereich überblicken. Das großzügige Badezimmer ist mit Naturstein und großer Regendusche die perfekte Ergänzung. Durch die Naturmaterialien Lehm und Holz hat das Haus ein wunderbares Raumklima, hier fühlt man sich einfach wohl! Dank der Sonnenlage ist der neu angelegte Garten mit eigener Terrasse und Sitzmöglichkeit perfekt um sein Frühstück zu genießen oder sich einfach nur in der Sonne zu entspannen, oder abends an der Feuerstelle, wahlweise mit Grill, den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.
