The vines and the forest are in the immediate vicinity and offer the ideal balance to a stressful day. The highway connection is only about 5min. The train station is about 1km away and the bus stop is about 5min. walking distance. Supermarkets, bakers, stores for daily needs, medical specialists, pharmacies, banks and very nice restaurants are nearby. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a two-family house and has a separate entrance. The open kitchen has a counter to the dining room and this leads into the living room. There is an oval dining table with elegant chairs and a couch with coffee table. In the living room there is a flat screen TV. There is a single bed and another couch that serves as bed when occupied with 2 persons. It ´an all open place with 3 sections: dining , living, bed.
