We recently renovated an apartment in a historic townhouse that dates back to the late nineteenth century. We spent a great deal of effort to make sure that even the smallest details are perfect. We’ve managed to create an authentic atmosphere for the belle epoque period, during which everyone, once they had earned some wealth, aspired to live like an aristocrat. In our renovations, we mainly used vintage building materials, such as refurbished century-old wood paneling and flooring. In addition, we furnished the apartment with a mix of mid-century, modern but also historical furniture. While we did everything to make sure you can enjoy the old Viennese historic spirit and charm, we also made sure that the apartment has all of the modern amenities and comforts that you rightly expect. Including good Wifi! Um das Ganze etwas aufzulockern, sind die Räume nicht nur mit historischem, sondern auch mit Mid-Century sowie auch modernem Mobiliar ausgestattet, sodass Sie in keiner Weise auf die Anforderungen der heutigen Zeit in punkto Wohnkomfort verzichten müssen. Gutes W-Lan inklusive! Sehr gute öffentliche Anbindung gegeben, mit U4 Station Rossauerlände nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt, sowie auch weitere Strassenbahn und Bußhaltestellen in 2 Gehminuten Entfernung.
