This apartment has literally everything that you need for comfortable stay, feeling like home when you are away from home. The main train station, parks, grocery stores, cafes, the FH university etc. can all be reached within walking distance. The two bedrooms are spacious and are roughly the same size. The way it's designed is that you can either use both rooms as bedrooms or use one as a living room, One of them leads directly to a terrace area and community garden in the back with a lot of green space. Both rooms are equipped with a couch as well as a desk so that you can work from any of the rooms. The apartment is on the ground floor.
