Consumables such as coffee beans, water/beer/coke, kitchen roll, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper etc. are already available when moving in. The entire apartment block is wheelchair accessible: everything is steplessly accessible, including the entrance, door opener and lift. Parquet flooring, fully equipped fitted kitchen: fully automatic coffee machine, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, plates etc. Hand and bath towels are provided, as well as bed linen and sheets, pillows and duvet covers, woollen blankets, etc. The bedroom contains: 1 double bed (1.60m wide) and 1 wardrobe. We can talk about the furniture and the layout, e.g. another wardrobe or a bed in the living room, so that 2 parties can get along well in the flat. :-) Pleated blinds on many windows, electric awning on the south-facing roof terrace, external blinds in the living room facing east.
