Die Küche ist hochwertig und mit allem ausgestattet. Ein Essbereich lädt zum gemütlichen Essen ein. Für Langzeitaufenthalte kann eine Waschmaschine und Trockner genutzt werden bei Kasse des Vertrauens. Die Wohnung befindet sich 6 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Von dort aus besteht Anschluss an den Fernverkehr, aber und insbesondere an die S-Bahn direkt nach Warnemünde und nach Graal-Müritz an den Strand. Die Fahrräder können im Haus aufbewahrt werden.
