A Stylish & Spacious Home in the Heart of Berlin After the birth of our first son in 2024, we’ll be on parental leave for 6–9 months in 2025. During that time, we’d love to offer our beautiful, cozy three-room flat—brimming with character and bathed in natural light—to a caring couple or a small family with a baby. Located in Moabit, just minutes from Berlin’s main train station, this 125 m² (approx. 1,345 sq. ft.) haven with 3.5-meter-high ceilings offers all the conveniences for a comfortable and memorable stay. Prime Location & Neighborhood Highlights - Vibrant Cafés & Restaurants: Find countless places to eat, drink, and experience local Berlin culture right outside your door. - Excellent Transport Links: With both bus, tram and rail connections nearby, exploring the city or catching your flight is a breeze. - Leisure & Sightseeing: Enjoy boat tours on the Spree, visit Bellevue Castle, stroll through Großer Tiergarten, and don’t miss the wonderful view of the TV tower. Thoughtful Interior & Cozy Vibes - Light-Filled Living Area: Spacious high windows flood the space with light, highlighting the polished wooden floors and modern décor. Enjoy movie nights on our large 60 inch TV with a surround sound system, or peruse our eclectic collection of books and vinyl records. - Fully Equipped Kitchen: Whip up meals in our high-standard kitchen featuring beautiful dishes, pots, pans, utensils, microwave, air-fryer, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. - Bedroom Comfort: Rest well on a designer king-size floating bed. A stylish vanity/desk area, large mirror, and cozy chair invite you to unwind, read, or even set up a laptop for remote work. There’s ample closet space for all your belongings. Have a baby? We have a changing table :) - Music & Relaxation Room: We’ve dedicated a third room to music lovers—complete with a vintage stereo, vinyl display, and an electric piano for those creative moments. - A fully equipped office space including a motorized standing desk, high quality steelcase office chair and extra monitor (pictures will follow) . Modern Bathroom: Take a relaxing soak in the bathtub, store your essentials on generous shelving, and make use of the new bosch washing machine and dryer—convenient for longer stays. Additional Amenities - Washer-dryer - Hair dryer - Iron and ironing board - Clothes drying rack - Mandatory weekly cleaning included in the rent A Home with Personality Throughout the flat, you’ll see a curated collection of artwork, books, and décor—each piece chosen with care to create a warm, eclectic ambiance. From the dark accent wall in the music room displaying favorite album covers, to the open shelves showcasing books and mementos in the living room, you’ll find plenty of unique touches that make this space feel like a true home. Diese trendige und geräumige 3-Zimmer-Wohnung, 125 qm groß, mit 4 Meter hohen Decken und nach Norden gerichteten Erkern, blickt auf eine Kirche im Herzen von Moabit, nur wenige Minuten vom Berliner Hauptbahnhof und eine kurze Busfahrt vom Flughafen Tegel entfernt. Die Straße beherbergt viele niedliche Cafés, hat direkten Zugang zu allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, ist nur wenige Gehminuten von Schiffstouren auf der Spree, Schloss Bellevue und Großer Stern / Tiergarten entfernt. Die beste Eigenschaft? Ein persönlicher Blick auf den Fernsehturm! Die Wohnung ist voller Licht und Musik! Den dritten Raum haben wir als "Musikzimmer" bezeichnet, denn hier finden Sie eine Auswahl an Musikinstrumenten, darunter ein E-Piano sowie eine Vintage-Stereoanlage. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne, einen riesigen Spiegel und Regale für Ihre persönlichen Gegenstände und eine Waschmaschine. Natürlich haben Sie auch alle Annehmlichkeiten einer modernen Wohnung, darunter einen Haartrockner, einen Hängeregal, ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett.
