The quietly situated, original Black Forest house was built in 1929 and has been in operation for decades. It is only a two-minute walk from the lake and the town centre. The house has been largely renovated and refurbished in 2018/2019 (new electrics, new bathrooms, new floors, new doors, new beds etc), but as far as possible, visually in its original condition and the furnishings have been preserved or restored in the style of the 70-80 years. The cosy, newly renovated large room on the 2nd floor offers a lot of space, is bright and lovingly furnished. Equipped with a comfortable king-size bed and the new mattress (1.80x2.0 m), a sitting area with two retro armchairs, a wardrobe and a new TV. The small kitchenette contains a microwave oven, a kettle, a refrigerator and the appropriate utensils for cooking. The room has a newly renovated, bright bathroom with shower/WC. Our guesthouse is located right next to the "Kurhaus" with tourist information, the spa gardens with direct access to the lake are nearby. The shops are open every day except for a few weeks a year. If you are looking for complete peace and quiet, you can be in the forest in 5 minutes. The train station "Titisee" with connection to many main traffic routes is located about 5-10 minutes by foot from our house. Voir plus Voir moins Das ruhig gelegene, original Schwarzwald-Haus wurde im Jahr 1929 gebaut und wird seit Jahrzehnten betrieben. Es liegt nur zwei Minuten Fußweg vom See und vom Ortskern entfernt. Das Haus wurde 2018/2019 weitgehend frisch renoviert und saniert (neue Elektrik, neue Bäder, neue Böden, neue Türen, neue Betten etc), aber soweit möglich, optisch im ursprünglichen Zustand und die Einrichtung in Stil der 70-80 Jahre erhalten bzw. restauriert. Das gemütliche, frisch renovierte große Zimmer im 2.OG bietet viel Raum, ist hell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ausgestattet mit einem bequemen King-Size-Bett und der neuen Matratze (1,80x2,0 m), einer Sitzecke mit zwei Retro-Sesseln, einem Kleiderschrank und einem neuen TV. Die kleine Kitchenette enthält eine Mikrowelle, einen Wasserkocher, einen Kühlschrank und die entsprechenden Utensilien zum Kochen.
Das Zimmer verfügt über ein frisch renoviertes, helles Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC. Unser Gästehaus befindet sich direkt neben dem "Kurhaus" mit Touristen Information, unmittelbar in der Nähe befindet sich der Kurpark mit direktem Seezugang. Die Geschäfte haben bis auf wenigen Wochen im Jahr jeden Tag auf. Wenn man die vollkommene Ruhe sucht, ist man in 5 Minuten im Wald. Der Bahnhof "Titisee" mit Anschluss zu vielen Hauptverkehrsstrecken befindet sich ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß von unserem Haus.
