Bright apartment composed of two double bedrooms and a bathroom, located in a modern building, just few minutes walking from Plaza de la Merced.The flat is located on a fifth floor, easily accessible with the lift entering from the main common terrace (with wide view all over Málaga). From the terrace there a few stairs to take to reach the penthouse.Really close to the historical centre, 3 minutes walking from Plaza de la Merced, 10 minutes walking from Calle Larios; supermarkets and restaurants all around the area. It is perfect for families or small groups. The area is calm.THE FLAT- Living room: the living/dining room is wide and bright with a direct access to the terrace. There is a 3 seats sofa and a TV. It has a split air conditioning (working also as a heater).- Bedroom 1: It is equipped with a big double bed of 150cm and a ceiling fan.- Bedroom 2: It disposes of two single beds (that you can unify to make a big bed), and ceiling fan.- Outsider bathroom: complete 3 pieces bathroom with shower.- Kitchen: fully equipped with domestic appliances and all the amenities with American bar.EXTRAS- Our guests have full access to the two common terraces in the top of the building, shared with the rest of tenants, a part from their own big private terrace.- There is not any washing machine in the flat, but we dispose of a common coins laundry in the building.- There is availability of parking spots in the same building, for an extra cost of 15€ per night, but THEY MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE.- Pets are welcome, but there is an additional charge of 10€ per stay and per pet.CHECK IN / CHECK OUT- Check in is automatic, you will find the keys in a lockbox. TIME: From 3pm.- Our staff will ask you your ID documents/passports and will send the information about the automated access a few days before the entrance.- Check out is automatic too, you must leave ALL the keys inside the flat on top of the table before leaving the flat. TIME: until 11am.EXTRAS RULES- Please, take care of the flat. You must leave it in the same conditions as you found it.- To preserve the climate, please be careful with turning on/off the light, AC and/or heating when you are not in the flat.- It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment and in the common zones of the building, except in the terraces.- Parties are not allowed, events or loud noises. Please, respect the common zones in the building and the resting times of the neighbourhood between 10pm – 9m. Take care and respect the silence and remember to keep the main entrance door closed all the times.- People not registered in the booking cannot be hosted.CONTACTS Our guests can contact us anytime, we will try to satisfy their requests the best as we can: touristic information, where to go, where to eat, if they have any issue in the flat, etc… Voir plus Voir moins Luminoso apartamento de dos dormitorios y un baño ubicado en un moderno edificio a unos pasos de Plaza de la Merced.El apartamento está situado en la quinta planta, de fácil acceso con ascensor entrando por la grande terraza comunitaria (con vistas a toda Málaga), al salir del mismo hay que subir unos escalones para llegar al penthouse. Cerca del centro histórico, 3 minutos andando desde de la Plaza de la Merced, 10 minutos de la Calle Larios; supermercados y restaurantes alrededores. Ideal para familias o pequeños grupos. Barrio muy tranquilo.LA VIVIENDA
• Salón: El salón-comedor es amplio y luminoso con acceso a la terraza, tiene un sofá cama de tres plazas y TV. Dispone de un split de AC (que también funciona como calefacción).
• Dormitorio 1: Está equipado con una amplia cama de matrimonio de 150 cm y ventilador de techo.
• Dormitorio 2: Dispone de dos camas individuales (que pueden unirse) y ventilador de techo.
• Cuarto de baño: Baño completo con aseo, lavabo y ducha.
• Cocina: Equipada con una barra, electrodomésticos y menaje completo. EXTRAS
• Aparte del apartamento con su terraza privada, los huéspedes tienen acceso a dos terrazas en las azoteas que son compartidas con el resto del edificio.
• No hay lavadora en el piso, pero en el edificio hay una lavandería que funciona con monedas.
• Hay parking en el edificio con un coste adicional de 15€/noche, HAY QUE RESERVAR CON ANTELACIÓN.
• Las mascostas son bienvenidas, pero hay un cargo extra de 10€ por estancia y animal.CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
• El check in es automatico, las llaves estarán en un cajetín. HORARIO: A oartir de 03pm.
• El staff solicitará documentos de identidad y dará información referente al proceso unos dias antes de la llegada.
• El check out es automatico también, se dejan TODAS las llaves dentro del piso antes de tirar de la puerta. HORARIO: Hasta 11am.NORMAS ADICIONALES DE LA VIVIENDA
•Por favor, cuide el apartamento. Debe ser entregado en las mismas condiciones en las que se entregó.
•Por cuestiones medioambientales, por favor, apague las luces, aire acondicionado y/o calefacción cuando esté fuera del apartamento.
•Está prohibido fumar en el apartamento y en las zonas comunes del edificio, excepto en la terraza.
•No se admiten fiestas, eventos o ruidos molestos. Por favor, respete las zonas comunes del edificio y el descanso de los vecinos entre las 22h00 y las 09h00. Cuide y respete el silencio del vecindario y mantenga la puerta del edificio cerrada en todo momento.
