The beach and promenade are just 300 meters from the apartment, as well as a multitude of beach bars, restaurants, bars, etc. It is well communicated as there is a train stop just 1 minute walking. From there, you can go to Malaga city as well as some points of Costa del Sol (Fuengirola, Benalmadena, shopping center Plaza Mayor,etc)
The apartment is located in a gated community with common areas and an outdoor pool. It is distributed in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. A bathroom with bathtub and another bathroom with shower and screen, hair dryer. La playa y paseo marítimo se encuentran a escasos 300 mts del apartamento, así como multitud de chiringuitos, restaurantes, bares, etc. Tiene conexiones estupendas a Málaga, y resto de la costa del Sol (Fuengirola, Benalmadena, centro comercial Plaza Mayor, etc) ya que la parada del tren - cercanías está a 1 minuto andando.
El apartamento se encuentra en una Urbanización cerrada con zonas comunes y piscina exterior. Se distribuye en 3 dormitorios y 2 baños: un dormitorio con cama doble y dos dormitorios con dos camas individuales. Un baño con bañera y otro baño con ducha y mampara, secador de pelo. La cocina completamente nueva, con acceso directo a la terraza y equipada dispone de todo lo necesario: horno, lavadora-secadora, lavavajillas, microondas, tostador, hervidor, etc. Salón comedor con acceso directo a la terraza con mobiliario y vistas magníficas a la montaña.
