Para ello, se han respetado los elementos originales que conserva el propio edificio en el que se encuentra, tales como vigas de madera, paredes de ladrillo y de piedra, que en combinación con los nuevos materiales de alta calidad utilizados en la renovación, le confieren un estilo rústico muy elegante a esta vivienda. La vivienda se sitúa en el corazón del Barri Vell, en una pequeña calle muy discreta, pero a escasos metros de la plaza del Ayuntamiento, La Rambla, el río Onyar, y el resto de rincones incomparables que ofrece esta parte del casco antiguo.
