The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay and rest: new furniture, household electrical appliances (including a coffee maker and toaster), dishes, bed linen and towels. The villa is equipped with air conditioning. SMART TV, WIFI, Smart Home. Accommodation option — up to 7 people. Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited! The area has a well-developed infrastructure. A shopping centre with shops and restaurants is 500 metres away. The salty Lagoon Laguna Salada is just 1.2 km away. The house is located in a protected green area, so the sea and beaches are located at a specified distance, respectively, for a comfortable stay, it is better to have (rent) a car.The rental price depends on the season and is:- 160 euros per night or 1120 per week — in low season,- 330 euros per night or 2310 per week — on average,- 500 per night or 3500 euros — in high.- 380 euros for cleaning, paid once upon check-in.- 1000 euro security deposit, which is returned subject to the safety of the property.Additional information:- Check-in after 21.00 pm - additional 20 euros.- Check-in with pets on request (payment of an additional 35 euros).- Rent of a cot -20 euros, a high chair -20 euros (for the entire period).- Wi-Fi is included in the rental price.- Transfer is possible.- If necessary, we provide an official booking confirmation- Smoking only outside the house!
