A warm welcome to live in this well-planned house located by the beautiful lake Värmeln by Gårdsvik's leisure area in Värmland. With only a 5 minute walk you reach 1 of 3 bathing places in the area around Värmeln. For those who want to enjoy walking or running, there is a beautiful hiking trail around the water called the Runerundan. The house has an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. In the living room you can sit and cuddle in front of the TV and the wood burning stove on a rough summer evening. The bathroom is also on the same level. The house consists of a floor with 2 bedrooms, each of which has a separate exit to one of the house's terraces, this room has 2 single beds of 90 cm. The house's second bedroom has a double bed of 160 cm. In the summer, it feels great to be able to use the large terrace that invites you to a wonderful breakfast or the evening's good barbecue dinners. With only 6 km you get to Värmskog's popular café which offers its extra large shrimp sandwiches, and very exciting things to experience such as hiking trails, silver mines, bathing areas and the giant cauldron a rock formation from the ice age.

Herzlich willkommen in diesem gut aufgeteilten Ferienhaus am schönen See Värmeln im Freizeitgebiet von Gårdsvik in Värmland. Es liegt nur etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg von einem von insgesamt drei Badeufern in der Gegend rund um Värmeln. Für Spaziergänger und Jogger gibt es einen schönen Wanderweg rund um das Wasser namens Runerundan. Das Ferienhaus hat einen offenen Küchen-/Wohnbereich mit TV und Holzofen in der Sitzecke. Außerdem wurde eine klimafreundliche Wärmepumpe im Haus installiert. Das Badezimmer befindet sich auf derselben Ebene. Außerdem zwei Schlafzimmer im Haus, eines davon mit eigenem Ausgang zu einer der Terrassen des Hauses. Dieses Zimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten von je 90 cm Breite. Das zweite Schlafzimmer des Hauses hat ein 160 cm breites Doppelbett. An sonnigen Tagen kann man die schönen Terrassenfläche für das Frühstück und den Grillabend im Freien nutzen.
