This villa is in Albalat de Tarongers, very near Gilet and Sagunto. It is 30 minutes from Valencia city, and 15 from the beach.. . It always surprises me how many of these 2-in-1 properties there are. What are the benefits? Separation obviously. This place has 2 independent living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs. . . So what are the possibilities? Well the upstairs is slightly bigger, it has 4 bedrooms and the best views of course, so that will be for you. . . Now downstairs - the guest area? For when the in-laws come over? Especially your odd brother-in-law who thinks he's a bitcoin expert because he bought 25 dollars last year and its now worth 87.. . Or maybe for the kids? They're pretty old now, they'll be alright down there. There's a full kitchen, they'll eventually work out how the cooker works when they get hungry enough. Washing machine might be a step too far though. Still, fingers crossed might be the first step to getting them out of the house.. . The staff? Maybe. Like Downton Abbey but a bit crap. Anyone else remember Upstairs Downstairs?. . Or just rent it out. Everyone says you can rent out your holiday property while you are not there, it pays for itself. Yeah, maybe, but who likes to think of strangers poking around in your stuff? With this property, you can rent out one living space while leaving the other one private.. . By the way, this property has over 2 acres of gardens with it, and a nice big infinity pool. Kind of. If you bend down and look at it from the right angle. Anyway, there is loads of space outside as well so no matter who is downstairs there is plenty of room for everyone.

Siempre me sorprende cuántas de estas propiedades 2 en 1 hay. ¿Cuales son los beneficios? Separación, obviamente. Este lugar tiene 2 áreas de vida independientes, una arriba y otra abajo.. . Entonces, ¿cuáles son las posibilidades? Bueno, el area de arriba es un poco más grande, tiene 4 dormitorios y las mejores vistas, por supuesto, así que eso será para ti.. . Ahora abajo, ¿el área de invitados? ¿Para cuando vengan los suegros? Especialmente su extraño cuñado que cree que es un experto en bitcoin porque compró 25 dólares el año pasado y ahora vale 87.. . ¿O quizás para los niños? Son bastante viejos ahora, estarán bien ahí abajo. Hay una cocina completa, eventualmente descubrirán cómo funciona la olla cuando tengan suficiente hambre.
