Now don't expect a fancy facade on this one despite it being in Ensanche, but good news... you get a decent looking place opposite, remember the idea of living opposite the facade and not in it? So what you get is a 1960's building... boooo! The 60s were great for rock and roll, some extremely dubious fashions, some of the more mind altering drugs and other things but none of these things led directly to interesting architectural experimentation unfortunately. It's a bland facade but well kept. . . The good news is that as we were still in deeply Catholic Spain under the yoke of Francoism in the 60s flats were being built big for the expanding middle classes and their hordes of conservatively dressed children. In this flat we get three bedrooms but also a sitting room, living room, family room, storage room and office, so potentially six bedrooms in total. Equally you can knock some walls down and make huge open spaces here. And here's the thing... you need to modernise this. . . It's liveable but you will want to change that kitchen, those bathrooms and especially those radiators (Take a look at the photos) It's looking like a full reform job here so maybe make an offer and get our team at ... to quote you on your ideas for your perfect Valencia Property. . . It's on the second floor, there is a lift, there is a storeroom and communal roof terrace and the community fee is a slightly elevated 125 euros per month but that does mean the building is looked after well. . .
