Es ist im Erdgeschoss und Dachgeschoss komplett gefliest, im Obergeschoss mit Dielung belegt. Im Obergeschoss stehen 3 Schlafzimmer (TV) mit Doppelbetten und ein exklusives Bad mit Wanne und Dusche zur Verfügung.
